Thanks for all of the great comments on my circle theme. The story of how these cookies evolved is kind of funny, at least to me. When my kids were little, we spent a lot of time rolling out cookie dough and cutting them in special shapes, and making frosting in different colors. After they grew and up were gone, my husband and I got lazy, just cut round cookies, and then the frosting stayed white and we just called them snowballs, and then we bagged the frosting all together and just ate them plain.
